Sensors

Currently Hightec MC manufactures capacitive-, optical, temperature- and air flow-sensors. They are produced by thin film additive techniques. Optical as well as electronic components can be integrated to build an active sensor system.

One of our specialities consists of a very thin and flexible polyimide foil (10-20 µm) containing Ni thin film resistors. It is a temperature sensor since the resistance value of the Ni resistor strongly depends on the temperature (Tk = 3000-6000 ppm/°C).
