Hybrids

The substrates of our hybrids are manufactured by thin film additive techniques. Not only the conduction lines are deposited on the ceramic substrates (Al2O3 or AlN) but also high precision thin film NiCr resistors.

We are providing you with a complete service, from the layout design to the testing (MIL STD 883) of the hermetically sealed hybrid.
